Whether you've just started your pregnancy journey and are a bit overwhelmed, uncertain how to continue your regular fitness routine through your pregnancy or perhaps you're just trying to find that balance between new parent life and looking after yourself (ie. your own physical & mental health as well as baby's)... Or maybe you're just craving some social interaction with other grown-ups...

MOVEMENT. My objective is to provide safe & effective programming that will help aid in preparation for and recovery from pregnancy. I strive to create welcoming environments for fun & functional movement that rewards you with all those feel-good endorphins that we can carry throughout the week.

MIND & BODY POSITIVITY. Your body is so amazing. Let's focus on all the incredible things it can do, filling it with all the good stuff: dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, oxytocin, nutrient rich foods, positive energy and confidence to conquer whatever is standing in our way.

BENEFITS. Improve circulation, reduce swelling, reduce leg cramps, offset postural imbalances, improved body awareness, improve confidence, ease GI discomfort, reduce risk of lower back pain, easier/quicker labour and quicker postpartum recovery. (just to name a few)

GYM FREE. I am an independent trainer and do not work in a gym environment with my clients. Sessions can be held in the park, at the beach or I'm happy to travel to a client's home, garage, or back garden if there is adequate space to exercise safely. All sessions can be Buggy Friendly.

Together, we develop a movement programme to suit your body & your baby's needs. Together the aim is to build confidence and a healthy lifestyle so that together, we can support your personal journey as a new parent and into postnatal recovery.

I'm happy to work with individuals from the comfort of your own home. No need to fuss about packing your bag, buggy and everything that goes into leaving the house. I travel to you so that you can eliminate that extra step. Together we develop a plan so that you can rebuild your pre-baby strength.
