I went into my PT sessions with the primary aim of losing weight, having gained a significant amount of weight during the COVID-19 lockdowns. Krista was immensely patient with me, having had little-to-no formal exercise experience prior to our sessions. Every session is catered specifically for clients' needs, and you can really feel the extra level of effort and care Krista puts into your session plans every week. This was incredibly motivating for me, and Krista's sessions were the beginning of a monumental shift in my life.
